Your New Hampshire Trust…On The Way To Becoming The Best
New Hampshire, with the enactment of the Trust Modernization and Competitiveness Act, and proposed legislation on Asset Protection (see draft bill 465 - An Act relative to the laws regulating trust companies in New Hampshire) will position the Granite State as the nations friendliest juristiction for personal trusts.

This voluntary movement of wealth will be looking for domestic and international opportunity.

It is only natural that New Hampshire itself will benefit from this gathering.

The New Hampshire Trusts Advisory Service
The New Hampshire Trust Advisory Service, LLC is a private company that works to help Trust Owners and Advisors realize that unique and distinct advantages of placing their resources in New Hampshire.

We will provide introductions to key advisors such as attorneys, who specialize in various aspects of Trust Law.

We want to help you “feel at home” in New Hampshire. Our goal is to help you find solutions for your family for generations to come.

How and Why Did this Come About?
First there must be vision.

New Hampshire, which has a long history and a favorable disposition toward business and private wealth, has from generation to generation produced leaders who could position the state in unique ways.

New Hampshire, the only state with:

  • NO INCOME TAX
  • NO SALES TAX
  • A CITIZEN LEGISLATIVE

Because New Hampshire legislators, 400 in the House of Representatives, 24 in the State Senate, are made up of Citizens, (they are paid $200 per year plus mileage), New Hampshire has a sympathetic prejudice toward small government and responsible regulation.

Although the symbol (the Old Man in the Mountain) has fallen, the respect for the individual and his property is as solid as the stone of the Granite State.

It is because of enlightened leadership of many in the New Hampshire Business Community, as well as a sympathetic and receptive political leadership, New Hampshire stands on the threshold of a significant change which can only benefit all of its citizens.
